I usually don't like drugstore loose powders. Many of them don't perform like I want them to, which is to the level of Laura Mercier Ultra blur or better. The best I have tried is the Loreal Pro lock loose powder which is identical to RCMA no color powder. They have a lot of beautiful pressed powders though.
I absolutely love the NYX purple blush and the bronzer! My holy grail is the Vacation drops and the Gucci but NYX is ripping it up ! They are just as good, just a part of the rotation now. I have the NYX bright pink one coming tomorrow. I ordered from Walmart. I gave up on Amazon for a lot of beauty products ( except Britney fragrances) as NYX sent an empty box and most of the Physicians Formula products I got are rancid and unusable. The concealer I got is really good though! Reminds me a lot of the Kosas but easier to use and doesn’t have that weird scent. I really like the AF94 blushes and the duos of bronzer and highlight. They are sooo good! I bought the wet n wild skin tint and the Revlon skin caring foundation, so far the revlon is really nice too. I really don’t have anything else I can compare it to, but it looks really natural on and I can’t feel it. Which is huge for me. If I feel it on my face I have to wash it off within an hour or so.
Oh! And I’ve tried the L’Oréal bronzer and blushes, the fresh wear ones! They are STUNNING! I’m a CVS extra care member so I get a $10 credit every month and also they have good coupons for makeup almost weekly. I also got a cream shadow from L’Oréal and the hype is real! I like it better than my Tom Ford and Auric cream shadow!
The elf lash n roll IS a dupe for the benefit roller lash! I have multiple tubes of it in black & brown. It's incredible 🎉 In fact, benefit sued elf over this mascara but lost.
On the same tip! I’m looking at my collection, my lifestyle, goals and the math doesn’t wanna math 😂. Here I am wanting the new Channel blushes which will set me back $170 with taxes. I didn’t pull the trigger because I saw that NYX had similar and better colors for my undertone 🧐. But I do love the experience of luxury 😭. I’ve been keeping the packaging and collecting some vintage makeup cases. I’ll probably end up depotting the drugstore stuff into those components 😂😂😂
Almost all of my makeup that isn't eyeshadow is drugstore. There are some great products there! And also, those are the products I am using up the fastest, so I'd rather spend less.
That Milani setting spray is my staple to melt face powder and hydrate face… I have repurchase multiple times… So happy they came out with a jumbo bottle… It is a more affordable dupe to the Mac fix plus prep and prime
I’m just not a drugstore person I have really oily skin I just have not found things I love. I’m just happy with my collection so I’ll just enjoy what I have already purchased. 🎉
Great video I have found products in drug store better than all my high end and indie products. Elf makeup remover balm , Maybelline chrome highlighters , loreal eyeliners, mascara, Maybelline vinyl ink lipstick
I love that Milani under e ye correcter in peach . I have never used a concealer . They all look fake on me but this one is awesome. I also love the Milani tinted primer as my foundation
That Milani spray is my jam. I found it when CT irritated my skin. And the Loreal 1% is one of the most beautiful foundations. It wears so well. I did buy a pump for it from Amazon, though. Maybelline gloss is so good. I do like the CP colorstix. Long wearing. I have watched Phelps for years. She is an amazing resource even though she's not a WOC. Beside you and Jamilla, I trust her. You 3 are my go tos. Try elf powder blush. So good
I have loved Nxy back when it was still an indie brand - especially the setting spray, pencils and their glosses. Still love them. I also love Wet & Wild lipsticks and lip scrubs. Same for Maybelline. I keep a mix of luxury, high end and drug store and indie, although I tend to only buy luxury, indie and high end eye makeup because I have sensitive skin and eyes (unless it's Nyx)
I love a lot of the stuff you picked up. The lifter glosses are my most reached for glosses, I have a ton of them but haven’t actually used a few up. The Panorama mascara has been my holy grail since it came out already on my 2nd tube and I liked that elf one as well. The nyx blushes and bronzers are amazing. I still haven’t tried anything from essence but have always been curious about a couple things.
Drugstore has come a long way. I have found some great beauty items that are much more affordable. My collection is definitely mixed. I keep my eyes on content creators who do a lot with more affordable brands. If it’s quality and gives me the same results why not??? No one knows what I have on my face but me. I just reassess what else I want to do with my money. If we are makeup girlies we have more makeup than we can use in a lifetime.
I love the Nyx bear with me concealer, I have panned one already. Also love the Nyx click up lippies. I feel like pretty much anything I’ve tried from Nyx I end up loving, the only thing I haven’t tried. Is there eyeshadow. Milani setting spray Is my favorite drugstore setting spray I actually use my travel size Charlotte Tilbury setting spray bottle to put my Milani setting spray in because I like the mist on that but when I don’t want to use up my CT ss i use the Milani
I think this is fabulous. Lisa J. From BK beauty brushes did a drugstore starter kit video. I like Maybine skin tint and Johnny Ross recommended NYX studio HD powder it is fabulous. Eye shadow I still like more expensive but I am more selective
I love my expensive palettes. I try to stick to the same foundations since I have very sensitive skin. Everything else is up in the air. I don't really see the point in luxury luxury liners and mascaras.
Also, aww, Markie, I'm sure that is nerve-wracking. My 13yr old is happy to hear he has a different bus for the mornings, but upset he has the same one as last year for afternoons. And I'm just here hoping he behaves on the bus with that afternoon driver this year. Lol.

Drugstore is where it's at!! 🤌that nyx serum concealer & the catrice true skin are my holy grails!!
I’ve been missing out!!
One of the few drugstore makeup I use on steady rotation is the Catrice true skin high cover concealer. It’s like 7 bucks on Amazon
One of my favs along with the nyx serum concealer! I swear it took me decades to find those two & they actually look amazing on my skin. 😭
When I run out of one maybe I’ll try it!!!! Thank you!

So so so so excited that you’re getting into drugstore!!! 🥳
Thank you! My wallet is too!!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

That’s smart about keeping the cases! I love that idea!

They really have nice stuff!
Great video but dang I wish you would’ve swatched the blush 😢😢😢

I cannot wait to use it!!

I totally understand friend!!!!!! And I love you being happy with your collection 💯💯💯
Great video

Love the maybelline vinyl ink so much!!!!

Milani is underrated!

I really like L'Oreal voluminous mascara. Its simple and I like the maroon color
Oooooo that one is pretty too!!!

I’ll have to check out that video!!!
The elf halo glow powder is excellent for dry skin
That’s good to know!!!!
Watching the replay tfs
Yes! I need to repurchase the Bare With Me concealer because I finished my first one and loved it. Missing it. Lol.
So good!!!
